Republican Rick Saccone has pledged to be Trump’s ‘wingman’ as voters head to the polls in a tight congressional race in Pennsylvania. The race outside of Pittsburgh has become surprisingly competitive, with both Democrats and Republicans pulling out all the stops in the district that Mr Trump won by 20 percentage points in 2016. Mr Saccone said he’s not surprised the race against Democrat Conor Lamb is so close.
