ISTANBUL (Reuters) - Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said on Wednesday that relations with the United States were most harmed by Washington's refusal to extradite cleric Fetullah Gulen and its provision of arms to the Kurdish militant YPG.
